Clinical Research of Xinnaoning tablets in the treatment of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Xinnaoning tablets in the treatment of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris.Methods 200 cases of coronary heart disease patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups:control group,which was treated by routine taking aspirin,nitrates,beta blockers and calcium antagonists,treatment group which was treated by additional intentions of Xinnaoning tablet,5 tablets,3 times a day.The course was 10 days in two groups.Angina frequency and associated symptoms,nitroglycerin consumption,blood lipid changes,hepatic and renal function,the curative effect and adverse reaction were observed during the treatment.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 96% and the total effective rate in the control group was 84%,the curative effect in treatment group was better than the control group(P0.01);There was significant difference between two groups on nitroglycerin consumption after treatment(P0.05).The improvement of TC,TG and LDL-C in treatment group was superior to that in the control group(P0.01).Conclusion Xinnaoning tablets have definite effect for the treatment of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris.
