Clinical using of dezocine and fentanyl combination in intravenous injection for postoperative pain

Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of dezocine and fentanyl combination in intravenous injection for postoperative pain. Methods Totally 90 general anaesthesia patients of visual analogue scale (ASA grading Ⅰ or Ⅱ )were randomly into three groups with 30 cases each(n=30),dezocine group(A group)、fentanyl group(B group)and dezocine combinated fentanyl group(C group).First dose was given at 15 minutes before completion of the operation.A group were given dezocine 0.05 mg/kg,B group were given fentainyl 0.001 mg/kg and C group were given dezocine 0.05 mg/kg + fentainyl 0.0005 mg/kg in intravenous injection,Analgesia pump was connected and kept for 48 hours after operation.back infusion is 2 mL per hour,single dose was controlled to 0.5 mL,lock time was 15 minutes. Effect and complication in three groups were observed and analyzed by double-blind principle at 4,8,12,24,36 h. Results There was no significant difference among three groups in analgesia effect at different time points(P 0.05). But total side effects in C group was obviously lower than other two groups(P 0.05). Conclusion Dezocine and fentanyl combination in intravenous injection for postoperative pain has less side effects and reliable security.
