Application of dezocine combined with ketamine in postoperative analgesia

Objective To assess the analgesic efficacy of patient controlled intravenous analgesia （ PCIA ） with dezocine combined with ketamine in postoperative analgesia for thoracic surgery patients .Methods 90 patients with thoracic surgery were randomly divided into the three group ,30 cases in each group,all the patients received PCIA after operation.PCIA formula：dezocine combined with ketamine group （group A）,dezocine 0.4mg/kg＋ket-amine 4mg/kg＋ondansetron 8mg,diluted to 100mL by adding saline;dezocine group （group B）,dezocine 0.6mg/kg＋ondansetron 8mg,diluted to 100mL by adding saline;fentanyl group （group C）,fentanyl 15μg/kg＋ondansetron 8mg, diluted to 100mL by adding saline.VAS,Ramsay scores and side effects were recorded and compared at 2,4,8,12, 24,48h after the surgery.Results 4,8,12h after operation,the VAS score in group A and C was lower than that in group B （all P〈0.05）.4,8,12h after operation,the Ramsay score in group A was higher than that in group B and C （all P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of nausea,vomiting in group C was higher than that in group A and B （all P〈0.05）.Conclusion Dezocine combined with ketamine in PCIA for thoracic surgery patients exhibits exact analgesia effect with less side effects .
