Clinical observation of dezocine in patient-controlled intravenous analgesia underwent gynecological surgery

Objective To observe the analgesic effect and safety of patient-controlled intravenous analgesia with dezocine in patients underwent gynecological surgery.Methods 60 patients underwent elective hysterectomy were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.Group D(n=30): Dezocine 0.6mg/kg + tropistron 0.1 mg/kg + sodium chloride to 100 ml;group F(n=30): fentanyl 15 μg/kg+ tropistron 0.1 mg/kg + sodium chloride to 100 ml.The two groups background dose 2 ml/h,controlled dose 1.5 ml/time and lock time 15 minutes.The postoperative analgesic visual analogue scale and sedation scale at 4 h,8 h,12 h,24 h and 48 h were recorded.The effective PCA boluses,side effects as well as patients satisfactory degree were recorded and compared.Results Patients in the two groups at different time points,VAS scores and the Ramsay scores had no statistically significant difference.The overall patient satisfaction of group D were significantly higher than that of group F(P 0.05),and the prevalence of side effects in group D was significantly lower than that in group F.Conclusion Compared with fentanyl,PCIA with dezocine may provide a satisfactory postoperative analgesia with less side effects.
