Abstract
Objective To select the best combination of tumor markers in tumor screening. Methods Multi-tumor markers were determined with RIA and Protein Biochip technology in 168 patients with malignant tumor,80 patients with benign disease and 100 healthy persons.Basing on sensitivity and specificity to analyze. Results The sensitivity and specificity of 4+1 combination (AFP,CEA,CA19-9,CA-125 and PSA only in male) were 70.2% and 93.4% in five malignant tumors-lung cancer, hepatoma, colorectal cancer, prostate cancer and ovarian cancer. Conclusion The 4+1 combination is a well screening of tumor markers and applicative in general detection.
