Investigation on Actuality of Physical Education Teaching Staff of Special Actuality of Physical Education School in Education Teaching Heilongjiang Province

By using the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire and data analysis,the Physical Education teachers,including 95 professional and unprofessional teachers from 79 special education schools in Hei Longjiang Province,have been investigated about their working situation.The research shows the teachers are too old and the specializalion degree of physical teaching staff is not high.The special physical education teachers take a positive attitude to the work.They are confident.They are eager to master more physical training skills and the knowledge of treating and preventing disability.the physical education teachers hope that the higher levelwill pay more attention to the physical education and try to improve the meterial conditions of the physical education.
