Investigation and Countermeasure on Present Situation of Middle School Physical Education Teacher Continuing Education in Guangzhou

Objective: To survey the present situation of Guangzhou middle school physical education teacher continuing education,find out the physical education teachers in the teaching,training and scientific research work in most urgent need to improve the knowledge and ability,and in the physical education in Higher Normal Institutions targeted continuing education courses. Method: Through using the method of literature review,questionnaire,expert interview,mathematical statistics and so on,the 10 districts of Guangzhou City Department of education work of the cadres,school leaders and teachers were investigated,and a number of college physical education interviews with experts,the collection of data for statistics and analysis. Results: The results showed that physical education teachers gender imbalance,senior slants little,age structure more reasonable; we need urgently to enhance the middle school physical education teachers to change the concept of education,there is an urgent need to improve physical education in the secondary position,cause the leader's attention,increase the continuing education fund,to improve the level and ability of physical education teachers in middle schools.Suggestions and Countermeasures: it puts forward to deepen understanding,change idea,increase and widen funds,edited teaching materials and training to expand the countermeasure of form.
