Abstract

Objective: To analyse the status of vulva vaginalitis infection and the drug-sensitivity of Candida albicans in the district of Kunshan. Methods: By susceptibility test kit, the drug sensitivity tests of Candida albicans separated from samples were detected. Results: Among the 824 patients, the infection positive rate of Candida albicans was 55.10%(454/824). The drug sensitivity test showed that the drugs of higher sensitive rate to fungi were clotrimazole, ketoconazole and fluconazole and the sensitive rates were 96.92%, 93.61% and 90.75% respectively; the higher drug-resistance rate to fungi in sequence is nysfungin (49.78%), flucytosine(37.22%) and miconazole (30.18%). Conclusion: Drug resistance in Candida albicans to common anti-fungal drugs assumed the notable uptrend. Their clinical application should cause a close attention.
