Comparison of 64-slice spiral CT angiography and coronary angiography in diagnosis of coronary heart disease

Abstract

Objective To investigate the 64-slice spiral CT angiography and coronary angiography for coronary heart disease diagnosis.Methods Totally 269 patients with coronary heart disease after MSCT coronary angiography examination,observed two methods of stenosis coincidence rate.Results MSCT coronary angiography examinations with 95.16% compliance rate.Conclusions 64 slice spiral CT coronary angiography is safe,simple and noninvasive.With a scanning speed,time and space,high resolution,for coronary artery disease diagnosis have greater practical value.
