Abstract
Objective To compare the diagnosis value of 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography with selective coronary angiography(CAG) on the coronary artery disease.Method Total 258 patients suspected or confirmed coronary heart disease were examined by 64-slice CT coronary angiography and CAG.Results The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography in diagnosing 50% coronary stenosis were 94.2%,95.6%,87.3% and 96.4%,respectively.Conclusion 64-slice CT coronary angiography is a safe and reliable inspection method in coronary artery disease, which has important clinical value for diagnosis of coronary heart disease.
