320 spiral CT and coronary angiography in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease compared

Objective To evaluate spiral CT coronary angiography(CTA)and coronary angiography(CAG)for the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods Hospital in February 2005 to Mid 2010,had been diagnosed 280 cases of coronary heart disease,while spiral CT coronary angiography did check.Results Ocoronary angiography in patients with 280 patients have received a good three-dimensional reconstruction,CTA diagnosis of coronary heart disease was 64.3% sensitivity and specificity of 92.1%,positive predictive value was 89.77%,97.90% negative predictive value.Coronary artery stenosis grading in the display had a good consistency.Conclusion The spiral CT coronary angiography is a safe,simple,noninvasive,economic and more reliable noninvasive method for coronary artery disease in coronary angiography has good development prospects in the major blood vessels of the coronary artery,severe coronary artery stenosis disease screening,open variation,on the calcification rate of better diagnostic coronary angiography for clinical treatment and provide a reliable non-invasive screening diagnosis.
