Discuss on the technique of 16-slice spiral CT coronary angiography in the diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis

Objective To discuss the value of the application of 16-slice spiral CT coronary angiography in the diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis.Methods 122 patients underwent MSCT coronary angiography examination with Simense 16-slice CT scanner.The coronary angiography process and results were analyzed.Results 72.7%(266/366) of total coronary arteries were showed well and fulfilled the diagnosis.The negative and positive prediction value were 86.5% and 92.3% respectively.Conclusion 16-slice spiral CT coronary angiography has effective value for the diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis.In the angiography process,the effective measures should be adopted to control the heart beat artifact.
