Abstract

Objective: To investigate the expression of P53 in renal cell carcinoma (RCC) Methods:Protein expression of P53 in 40 RCC tissues wasexamined by immunohistochemical assay Results:P53 showed an overexpression ratein RCC,but there were no significant differences among different pathological grades and clinical stages Conclusion:The expression of P53 were malignant phenotypes in RCC,but there are no correlation at different pathological grades and clinical stages
