On the Impacts of Core Strength Training on the Quality of Group C Difficulty Movement Performance of Competitive Aerobics Athletes

Abstract

Based on the flexibility and coordination,competitive aerobics athletes present the aesthetic characteristics of competitive aerobics for the audience through the use of power and strength. In recent years,core strength training methods have been applied in the strength training of competitive aerobics athletes. This study selects 30 competitive aerobics athletes who do not have damage history. They are divided into control group and experimental group. Both groups accept group C difficulty movement training and traditional strength training,and we apply core strength training to experimental group. After 8 weeks of training,each index of examination results of stability and core strength is better in experimental group than the control. The results show that implementing scientific core strength training in competitive aerobic athletes can improve their stability and core strength,and can also help them complete group C difficulty movement in a high quality.
