New Changes of Collective and Generation of New Collectivism Values

Our country is in the period changing from tradition to modernism,that is,it is transforming from an agricultural society into an industrial and informative one,and it is in the transition from the socialist planned economy to the socialist market economy.Significant changes appeared during the transition in collective organization form,operating principles,and the relationship between collective and the individual,which has caused a conflict between the traditional collective values and norms,characterized by complete negation personal interests and individual value,and the social life in the actual situation.The social life requires new collective values,and recognize and ensure personal interests and individual value while insisting on the basic principles of collectivism.
