Abstract
Collective education refers to the practice which makes the educatee to form morals and values of collectivism with planned and purposeful influence.The collective herein means the laborer association which is dominated by the working class,based on the alliance of workers and peasants and takes the pursuit of man's freedom and all-round development as its final goal.The core of collectivism morals is to establish correct concepts of the public and the private.It demonstrates the standard of how to deal with the relations between individuals and the collectivity.The values of collectivism focus on the connection of dialectical unity between collective interest and individual interest.Collective education is included in the education of ideology and politics on one hand,and is a relatively independent part on the other hand.
