Effect of atorvastatin on improving hypertension complicated with hyperlipemia patients with vascular endothelial function research

OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of atorvastatin on improving hypertension complicated with hyperlipemia endothelial function in patients with the clinical effect.METHODS From October 2009-December 2010,167 cases were selected in our hospital,167 cases of patients with hypertension complicated with hyperlipemia,according to the selected sequence will all patients were divided into the observation group(atorvastatin 20 mg,n = 84)and control group(atorvastatin 10 mg,n = 83),atorvastatin bedtime,1/D.Intervention in patients taking 6 months before and after treatment,blood pressure,blood groups and endothelial function change.RESULTS After the intervention,two groups of patients with blood pressure,serum lipid levels and endothelial function had the same degree of improvement,compared with before intervention(P﹤0.05).The level of observation group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).CONCLUSION Atorvastatin can significantly improve hypertension complicated with hyperlipemia patients with endothelial dysfunction,and dose exist certain relationship.
