Abstract
Objective To discuss the curative effect of live Lactobacillus preparation combined with Metronidazole on patients with senile vaginitis.Method Total 120 patients with senile vagnitis were randomly divided into 2 groups,60 patients in the research group were treated with live Lactobacillus preparation combined with Metronidazole, and 60 patients in the control group were treated with Metronidazole only. Results In the research group and the control group, the cure rate was 70%(42/60) and 20%(12/60) respectively, the effective rate 37.7 % and 33.3%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion The combination therapy is an effective and safe method with lower replase rate.
