Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of lactobacillus viable capsule combined with metronidazole in senile vaginitis.Methods 136 cases patients with senile vaginitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 68 cases.Control group were given treatment with metronidazole only;Observation group on the basis of control group,were given lactobacillus viable capsules for treatment.Clinical effect in the two groups were observed.Results The cure rate of observation group(75.0%) was higher than that of control group(47.1%)(P0.05).Conclusion The effect of lactobacillus viable capsule combined with metronidazole in senile vaginitis is definite,and worthy of clinical application.
