Clinical observation of viable lactobacillus capsule combined with metronidazole in treatment of senile vaginitis

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of viable lactobacillus capsule combined with metronidazole in treatment of senile vaginitis.Methods 130 cases patients with senile vaginitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 75 cases.Control group were given metronidazole,while observation group were added with viable lactobacillus capsule.After treatment,observe the clinical efficacy of two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group(97.3%) was higher than that of control group(88.0%)(P0.05).Conclusion Viable lactobacillus capsule combined with metronidazole in treatment of senile vaginitis has a nice effect,is worthy of clinical application.
