Abstract

Three teachers colleges in Xinjiang have offered Chinese Language for the purpose of training minority nationality teachers. During the course of more than 20 years' school running, the three colleges have made considerable progress and greatly promoted the basic education of Xinjiang minority nationalities, but there still remain some deficiencies. This paper, in terms of the teaching quality, the number of teachers, teaching plan, teaching approaches and management system, carries on a profound comparative study.
