Abstract
The three four-year teachers colleges in Xinjiang have formed their own special characteristics at the preparatory stage of teaching Chinese language. This paper, in terms of the teaching quality, freshmen's quality, teachers' ability and number, courses offered, teaching approaches and management system, carries on a profound comparative study and draws a conclusion: Xinjiang Normal University develops fast, Kashgar Teachers college is in the middle and ILi Teachers college is in the last place . So this college needs to speed up its steps and reinforces its reform.
