Abstract

Objective To evaluate laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy clinical value. Methods The randomly selected for laparoscopic surgery in 118 cases of patients with ovarian cysts,as the laparoscopic group;extracted lines of traditional open surgery 120 patients with ovarian cysts,as the control group.Compared two groups of patients with operative time, blood loss, the average length of stay. Results 118 cases of ovarian cysts were successfully completed in laparoscopic surgery, laparotomy no transit,no intraoperative and postoperative complications.Anal exhaust time after laparoscopic group, postoperative ambulation, hospitalization time, wound pain levels were less than laparotomy group, the difference was significant(P0.05);blood loss and operation time of the differences were There was no significant(P0.05).Conclusion The laparoscopic surgery with small incision the shape of the United States, trauma, pain, light, quick recovery, wide indication and so on.
