The Effect Comparison of Laparoscopic Surgery and Open Surgical for Ovarian Cysts

Objective To compare the laparoscopic and open surgical treatment of ovarian cysts effect.Methods Ovarian cysts by laparoscopic surgery,28 cases treated with open surgery in January 2009～January 2010 in our hospital of compared to the same period,the two groups were observed and recorded the surgical time,blood loss and postoperative hospital stay the number of days,and recurrence.Results Both groups were operated successfully.One group underwent laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy in 19 cases,9 cases of ovarian cystectomy;Open surgery group were 15 cases of ovarian cyst cystectomy,resection of 13 cases.Operation time the two groups was no significant difference(P0.05).But the observation group blood loss and postoperative hospital stay was significantly less than the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic treatment of ovarian cysts with surgical trauma,less bleeding,shorter operative time,rapid postoperative recovery,shorter hospital stay,leaving almost no abdominal scar,less pelvic adhesions,tubal blockage minor and easier to retain the advantages of fallopian tube and is worthy of widely promoted and applied.
