Abstract

Objective:To observe the two surgical methods of treatment for ovarian cysts.Methods:73 cases of ovarian cysts divided into laparoscopic surgery group(39 cases)and open surgery group(34 cases),intra-operative,post-operative,and treatment outcomes of two groups were compared. Results:The laparoscopic group blood loss, postoperative anal exhaust time, get out of bed time, hospital stay, postoperative analgesic, fever cases were less than the laparotomy group, the difference between two groups were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery for benign ovarian cysts were feasible and safe, had the advantages of small abdominal incision, shorter hospital stay, less abdominal interference and rapid recovery, could improve patient quality of life.
