Tropisetron compound dexamethasone after general anaesthesia of thyroidectomy to prevent nausea and vomiting of clinical observation

【Objective】 To view after general anaesthesia of thyroidectomy to prevent nausea and vomiting of clinical results.【Methods】 A randomized,double-blind method,100 patients undergoing thyroidectomy were divided into two groups of patients with tropisetron group(A group),tropisetron compound dexamethasone group(B group),50 cases of each group.After surgery,A group was injected tropisetron 3 mg;B group was injected tropisetron 3 mg with dexamethasone 5 mg.To record the time of anaesthsia and surgey;Observation of the two groups within 24 h few cases of nausea and vomiting occurred in the extent of the problem.【Results】 Nausea and vomiting were significantly different levels,B group mainly 0~Ⅰgrade,nausea and vomiting grade group B than group A,there was a significant difference.【Conclusion】 Tropisetron compound dexamethasone than tropisetron alone inhibition of nausea and vomiting even more evident,was a kind of economic effective safe method.
