Tropisetron Compound Dexamethasone After Laparoscopic Surgery to Prevent Nausea and Vomiting of Clinical Observation

Objective:To view after laparoscopic surgery to prevent nausea and vomiting of clinical results.Methods: A randomized,doubleblind method,100 patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy were divided into two groups of patients with tropisetron group(A group),tropisetron compound dexamethasone group(B group),50 cases of each group.Preoperative medication.Observation of the two groups within 24 h few cases of nausea and vomiting occurred in the extent of the problem.Results: Nausea and vomiting were significantly different levels,B group mainly Ⅰ～Ⅱ grade,nausea and vomiting grade group B than group A,there was a significant difference.Conclusion: Tropisetron compound dexamethasone than tropisetron alone inhibition of nausea and vomiting even more evident.
