Abstract
Objective:To study the value of 16-slice spiral CT perfusion imaging to evaluate the blood supply of hepatocellular carcionma(HCC).Methods:16-slice spiral CT hepatic perfusion scans were performed in 17 patients with HCC.In the HCC tissues, paracancerous tissues and normal liver tissues,HBF,HBV,MTT,PS,HAF,HAP and PVP were calculated. Results:There was significant difference in HBF,MTT,HAF and HAP among HCC tissues, paracancerous tissues and normal liver tissues.Conclusion:16-slice spiral CT perfusion imaging technique may be a safe and effective method to evaluate the hemodynamics of HCC.HBF,MTT,HAF and HAP can be used to quantitatively estimate the blood supply of HCC.
