Abstract
Objective To evaluate the application value of multislice CT perfusion imaging in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).MethodsPerfusion scans were performed with 16-slice CT in 25 patients with HCC.Contrast medium-enhanced dynamic CT was performed with a statictable position for 50 seconds, and the data were analyzed with software to calculate tissue blood flow(BF),blood volume(BV),mean transittime(MTT),permeability surface(PS),and hepatic arterial fraction(HAF).Perfusion parameters of tumor, the periphery of tumor and normal liver were compared. Results HCC showed high BF,HAF,HAP and short MTT compared with those of the periphery of HCC and normal liver.ConclusionThe changes of hepatic perfusion parameters(BF,HAF and MTT) have great valueon evaluating the hemodynamics of HCC.
