Abstract

Objective To study the clinical effect of point injection in the treatment of chronic HBsAg carrier. Methods 83 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, and study the serum marks’ changes at the end of treatment. The treatment group consisted of 48 patients treated with point injection of oxymatrine and salvia miltiorrhiza compound injection, while the control group consisted of 35 patients treated with glucurolactone, vitamins Bco and C. Results After one course of treatment , hepatitist B virus (HBV) DNA became negative ( P 0.05)in significantly higer proportion of control group(5.78%). At end of two courses of treatment, three courses of treatment, HBeAg and HBVDNA were in 20.83%,41.67% and 47.91%,58.33% of treatment group and in 14.29%,11.43% and 20.00%,22.86% of control group, respectively ( P 0.05). In all three courses of treatment, the negative of HBeAg had insignificant difference between the treatment group and the control group. The fibrosis marks had changes in treatment group and control group after treatment. Aslo changes of fibrosis marks were significant different after each course of treatment in the treatment group, but changes of fibrosis were insignificant different in the control group. After three courses of treatment , liver pathology of 15 patients in treatment group indicated that necrosis-inflammation grade and fibrosis stage improved by 40% and 26.67%.Conclusions Point injection of oxymatrine and salvia miltiorrhiza compound injection can increase the negative of HBeAg、HBV-DNA in the patients with chronic hepatitist B and decrease hepatic necrosis-inflammation and fibrosis.
