Analysis of Effect of Nursing Intervention on Cancer of Colon Postoperation

Abstract
Objective To explore the methods of nursing intervention and nursing effect of patients of cancer of colon postoperation.Methods Retrospective analysis of 102 patients of cancer of colon in our hospital was conducted,they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,50 cases in control group,and 52 cases in experimental group.Control group was given routine nursing,and experimental group was given routine nursing and comprehensive nursing intervention.Nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The average days and cost in hospital were obviously less than those of control group,there was significant difference(P 0.05);the incidence of postoperative complications of experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P 0.05).The situation of health knowledge,the degree of satisfaction of patients situation,and the score of life quality of experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group,there was significant difference(P 0.05).Conclusion To patients with cancer of color,through the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention,we can not only reduce the cost and the incidence of postoperative complications,but also improve the quality of life,it was worth in clinical application promotion.
