Effect of comprehensive nursing on complications and quality of life of patients in brain surgery

Abstract
Objective
To study the effect of comprehensive nursing on the complications and quality of life of patients in brain surgery.
Methods
A total of 82 cases of brain surgery patients admitted from August 2016 to September 2017 were selected.The patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 41 cases of each group.Patients in the control group were given routine care, while patients in the experimental group were given comprehensive care.The incidence of complications, quality of life and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.
Results
The incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The quality of life score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusions
Comprehensive nursing in the nursing of brain surgery can significantly reduce the occurrence of complications, improve the quality of life of patients, and improve the satisfaction of patients.
