Clinical effect observation of Ltracinazole in treatment of Malassezia folliculitis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the treatment effect of Itracinazole combined with Compound Ketoconazole Lotion for Scalp Disorders for Malassezia folliculitis. Method Choose the 150 cases of patients who suffer from Malassezia folliculitis treated in our hospital as the object of study,divided them into observation group and control group,each group 75 patients. Compared the treatment effect of only using Compound Ketoconazole Lotion for Scalp Disorders and Itracinazole combined with Compound Ketoconazole Lotion for Scalp Disorders. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96%,but the control group was 72%. Conclusion Itracinazole combined with Compound Ketoconazole Lotion for Scalp Disorders is a good method for Malassezia folliculitis,worth of clinic promotion.
