Experience in endovenous laser treatment of varicose veins in lower extremities

Objective To evaluate the effect on primarily and simple varicose veins of lower extremity treat by endovenous laser.Methods Clinical data were analyzed retrospectively in 87 patients with primarily or simple varicose veins of lower extremity treated by endovenous laser.All patients had no history of deep thrombosis and no deep vein vale incompetence and no arteriovenous,were treated with endovenouse laser.The duration of follow-up varied from 2 years to 3 years.Results All varicose symptom disappeared,no serious complications occurred.Conclusion Endovenouse laser treatment is a safe technique to treat varicose veins,which owns significant effect,minor invasion and no serious complication.
