Abstract

BACKGROUND?To evaluate the curative effec ts for treating the varicose veins of lower extremities with endovenous laser. ? CASE REPORTS?It was retrospectively analyzed that the clinical da ta of 7 cases (11 strip of varicose veins) of varicose veins treated with e ndove nous laser.All of cases had good effects, and only 1 case developed subcutaneou s ecchymosis. Average time of the operation are 30 minuties and the average period in hospital are 3 days.?DISCUSSION?Th e endovenous laser treatment for varicose veins of lower extremities is a minima l invasive operation method. To master indications strictly and know matters wel l interoperations and after operations is the key to prevent the complicatio ns.
