The Effect of Bisoprolol Combined with Imidapril Treatment in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure Curative Effect Observation

Abstract
Objective To investigate the treatment method and effect in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital in 2008 June to 2010 June,52 cases of patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into two groups:The control group(n=26)was treated by routine medicines combined Imidapril.The treatment group(n=26)was treated by routine medicines combined Imidapril and Bisoprolol.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group(P0.05).The levels of LVSDd significantly decreased in treatment group(P0.05)and more than that of control group(P0.05)after treatment.The levels of LVEF improved(P0.05～0.01)in both two groups before and after treatment.Compared with control group,that of treatment group increased more than(P0.05).SBP、DBP and HR significantly improved(P0.05～0.01)in treatment group,DBP and HR were more decreased than those of control group(P0.05all).Conclusion Bisoprolol with decreased myocardial contractility,slow heart rate,lower blood pressure and so on,in the treatment of chronic heart failure patients achieved a significant effect,is worth the basic unit hospital promotion.
