Abstract

Objective To investigate the cerebrospinal fluid replacement therapy for the clinical effects of subarachnoid hemorrhage. Methods 80 patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage were randomly divided into treatment group and 40 patients in the control group, treatment group,on the basis of conventional treatment of cerebrospinal fluid replacement therapy in the control group with conventional therapy alone. Results The number of cases of effective treatment and control groups significantly different. The treatment group had 21 cases of headache and neck strong, the shortest duration of 6d,the longest lasting 12.5d,the control group the duration of headache and neck strong shortest 14d,the longest 21d,two groups were significantly different. The performance of the different treatment groups in 6 cases of disturbance of consciousness, the replacement of 2 to 3 times the minimum in the 4d sense within the normal control group,11 cases of disturbance of consciousness, the shortest recovery of consciousness 6d,up to 14d,a significant difference between the two groups. In cerebral vasospasm, hydrocephalus, cerebral infarction which three complications subarachnoid hemorrhage, the treatment group and control group, there were significant differences. Conclusion Cerebrospinal fluid replacement in the treatment of subarachnoid hemorrhage, can reduce cerebral vasospasm, hydrocephalus, cerebral infarction and other complications,is conducive to patient recovery, simple operation, safety, efficacy and worth of clinical application.
