Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) replacement technique in the treatment of subarachnoid hemoorhage(SAH).Methods Forty-six confirmed SAH patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group received the conventional medical treatment plus CSF replacement technique,while the control group received only the conventional treatment.Results The complications including of recurrent hemorrhege,cerebral angio spasm and brain edema in the treatment group were significantly lower than that of control group(P0.01).Conclusion The cerebrospina fluid replacement can achieve good results and quickly recovery with lower complications.
