Clinical observation of replacement of cerebrospinal fluid for subarachnoid hemorrhage

Objective To investigate the effect and security of replacement of cerebrospinal fluid to treat subarachnoid hemorrhage patients.Methods 62 patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups,including control group(A group)and treatment group(B group).31 cases in control group were treated with routine treatment and the other 31 cases in treatment group were treated with replacement of cerebrospinal base routine treatment.The effect and side-effect were observed.Results The effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group(P0.05).There were some side-effect such as chilling in the two groups,but all of them were cured.Conclusion Replacement of cerebrospinal fluid was effective and safe to treat subarachnoid hemorrhage.
