The Effect of Early Response on Lamivudine Therapy in Patients with Chronical Hepatitis B and the Role of Jianpi Bushen Recipe in it

Objective: To observe the effect of early response that jianpi bushen recipe to Chronical Hepatitis B Treated by Lamivudine.Methods: 160 patients were divided into two groups at random.eighty patients were only given to Lamivudine.eighty patients were given to Lamivudine and jianpi bushen recipe.The treatment lasted for 24 weeks in both groups.Liver function HBeAg HBV-DNA CD4 CD4/CD8 rate were surveyed at 12weeks and 24weeks in both groups.Results: After 12 weeks and 24 weeks,the recovery rate of liver function and HBV-DNA of observation group were higher than those of control group(P0.05).After 24 weeks,HBeAg divert rate CD4 CD4/CD8 of observation group were higher than those of control group(P0.05).Conclusion: Jianpi bushen recipe can significantly improve the early response effect of chronical hepatitis B treated by Lamivudine,one of which is related to the level of CD4 CD4/CD8 ratio.
