Abstract
Objective To investigate the edaravone treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 100 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 50 cases in each group, control group with conventional treatment, the treatment group in the conventional treatment plus edaravone injection for efficacy evaluation. Results The total effective rate (84%) was significantly better than the control group (64%), neurological deficit scores improve significantly (P 0.05, treatment group and control group compared to the onset time, the treatment group was significantly earlier than the control group, there was a significant difference. Conclusion edaravone injection can effectively improve the acute cerebral infarction and neurological deficits in activities of daily living, and better able to control the progress of cerebral infarction.
