Clinical observation of acute cerebral infarction treated by Deftbrase combined with Edaravone

Objective To exlpore the clinic effects of Deftbrase combined with Edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods 164 patients of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the study group(n=82) and the control group(n=82).The control group was treated by traditional therapy,while the study group was given Deftbrase and Edaravone based on traditional therapy.Results The improvement of neurological impairment in the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group(91.5%),was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.6%)(χ2=7.5,P0.01).No obvious untoward effects were observed in the two groups.Conclusion Deftbrase and Edaravone could improve the neurological impairment of patients with acute cerebral infarction,increase the effective rate,and reduce the untoward effects.
