Clinical observation of edaravone on acute cerebral infarction

Objective And processing of routine treatment of acute cerebral infarction with edaravone treatment of acute cerebral infarction changes.Methods 120 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,60 cases in each group,the control group with conventional treatment methods (Salvia,oral aspirin,etc.),treatment group on the basis of conventional therapy plus with edaravone injection 30 mg,intravenous infusion,2 times a day for 10 days for a course of treatment,the first 7 days,14 days,21 days for efficacy evaluation.Results Edaravone treatment group and conventional treatment group the first 7 d of recovery of neurological function significantly different (P0.05),in the 14 d,21 d more significant difference (P0.01).Conclusion edaravone intravenous injection 30 mg,2 times a day treatment of acute cerebral infarction can be effective in improving neurological deficits and activities of daily living,and can better control the progress of cerebral infarction.
