Effect of Yin-xie capsule on hemorbeological parameters in acute blood stasis model rats

Abstract
Objective To observe effect of Yin-xie capsule on hemorheological parameters in acute blood stasis model rats. Methods Adr was administered to SD rats by subcutaneous,and immersed in icy water,observed the changes of hemorbeological parameters. Results Yin-xie capsule(0. 6,1. 8 g · kg-1 ,ig) could significantly decrease the whole blood HSV.the whole blood LSV.the whole blood high shear reduced viscosity and the blood plasma viscosity. These results suggest that Yin-Xie capsule can activate blood circulation and remove blood stasis. Yin-xie capsule (0.6,1. 8 g · kg-1 ,ig)could significantly decrease the whole blood HSV,the whole blood LSV, the whole blood high shear reduced viscosity and the blood plasma viscosity. Conclusion Yin-xie capsule can activate blood circulation and remove blood stasis.
