Abstract

Objective To investigate CD3,CD4,CD8,and CD19 in henoch-schoenlein purpura(HSP)and idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP)and its clinical significance. Methods Sample of peripheral blood were collected from the diseases group and the healthy control group.Flow cytometry was used to measure CD+3,CD+4,CD+8 and CD4/CD8.Results The Ratio of CD4/CD8 and the proportion of CD+4 cells in HSP patients were significantly lower than those in control group(P0.05)and CD+19 cell was significantly higher than that in control group(P0.05).Expression of CD8 increased significantly in peripheral blood of patients with ITP.The Ratio of CD4/CD8 decreased significantly in ITP patients. Conclusion The decrease of CD+4 cells and ratio of CD4/CD8 of regulatory T cells might be involved in pathogenesis of HSP and associated with the increased CD+19 cells. The decrease of ratio of CD4/CD8 and the increase of CD+8 regulatory T cells of might be resulted in pathogenesis of ITP.
