Abstract
In view of the demand of the cultivation of practical ability for the students majored in electronics specialties,the thesis proposes to make a comprehensive reform of curriculum system,teaching content and practice part soas to construct a four-in-one cultivation mode which covers classroom teaching,regular experiments,out-of-classroom practice and learning as interns in the factory for college students,and to establish a three-two-three talents cultivation system to promote the close relationship between scientific and technological innovation and talents development,and strengthen college students' practical ability and innovation spirit,so as to better meet our society's need of economy development and high-quality and innovative talents.
