Clinica Observation on Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Treating with Shenfu Injection

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shenfu Injection treating acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods:According to inclusion criterions,67 AECOPD patients were divided randomLy into treated group and controlled group.Both groups were treated with western medicine,and the treated group were added with Shenfu Injection treatment.Observe the treating efficacy of both groups.Results:The treated group was superior to the controlled group in the curative effect and the relieving of TCM syndrome such as cough,expectoration and breath(P0.05),but there were no significant differences between the two groups in rales(P0.05).Conclusions:The therapeutic efficacy of conventional therapy of western medicine cooperated with Shenfu Injection in treating AECOPD is superior to conventional therapy of western medicine.
