Abstract
Objective: To show influence of early active rehabilitation on lower limb function of cerebral infarction patients with hemiplegia.Methods:61 stroke patients meeting the criteria were selected from two hospital in one city, rehabilitation group 37,control group 24.Compare lower limb function between two groups at 4 weeks after onset. Results:There were no significant differences between two groups in the first evaluation(P 0.10).In the last evaluation, function of lower limb of rehabilitation group and control group individually is 20.68±8.92 and 11.42±8.20(P=0.000)。There were significant differences in lower limb function in terms of walk and stairs between two groups in the last outcomes(P 0.05).Conclusion :Early active rehabilitation therapy can obviously improve the function of lower limb of stroke patients with hemiplegia.
