Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation exercise on the recovery of limb function of patients with hemiplegia. Methods A total of 100 cases of patients diagnosed as hemiplegia in our hospital from January 1 to December 31, 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment, keeping good limb position and being given passive routine exercise. While the observation group was given early rehabilitation exercise on the basis of the control group. The recovery of limb function, muscle spasm and ADL of the two groups was compared. Results The recovery of limb function, each part of spasticity and activities of daily living of the observation group were better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions Early rehabilitation training can effectively improve the hemiplegia patients' recovery of limb function, relieve muscle spasm of different parts of patients, improve the patients' daily life activities, and to ensure the treatment effect and quality of life of patients with syndrome, it is worth to be popularized and applied in nursing. Key words: Early rehabilitation exercise; Hemiplegia; Recovery of limb function
