Abstract

Objective To explore the limb function recovery effects of three-stage rehabilitation training on stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods 80 cases of stroke hemiplegia patients were randomly divided into rehabilitation group and the control group, with 40 cases for each group, rehabilitation group patients received flaccid paralysis period, spasm stage and recovery as there phases of rehabilitation function training according to the illness development process, and control group used the traditional method of nursing,30 days later the two groups were compared with limb muscle recovery, evaluation indexes, such as the quality of life. Results Rehabilitation group was better than control group, rehabilitation group:upper limbs strength Ⅲ-Ⅴ level 85%,lower limb muscle Ⅲ-Ⅴ level 80%,the control group:Ⅲ-Ⅴ level 45%,lower limb muscle Ⅲ-Ⅴ level 75%,the quality of life also had increased significantly (P<0.01).Conclusion The three phases of rehabilitation function training nursing can effectively improve stroke hemiplegia patients' limb movement function and their quality of life. Key words: Stroke with hemiplegia;  Three phases of rehabilitation training;  Nursing
